·       Site : refers to the website www.atelierdulyseditions.fr , accessible to all via a search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo etc).

·       User(s) : refers to any person having access to and/or using the Site.

The Site and its constituent elements are the exclusive property of the company ATELIER DU LYS or the latter benefits from a license allowing commercial exploitation.

Violators are subject to the penalties provided for by the Intellectual Property Code regarding copyright and trademark infringement, as well as by the Civil Code regarding civil liability.

It is forbidden to create any hyperlink to any of the web pages or any element of the Site without the prior written authorization of ATELIER DU LYS . This authorization may be withdrawn at any time. All websites containing a hyperlink to the Site or any of its components are not under the control of ATELIER DU LYS . Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes acknowledgment by the User of the intellectual property rights of ATELIER DU LYS and a commitment to respect them.

ARTICLE 5. PRIVACY AND COOKIE MANAGEMENT POLICY

The purpose of this article is to inform Users of the Site about the personal data collected during their browsing and its use by the company ATELIER DU LYS.

Users are under no obligation to transmit personal data to ATELIER DU LYS.

In the event of failure to provide this information or provision of incorrect Personal Data, ATELIER DU LYS cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of communications and offers from ATELIER DU LYS by the User or non-processing of a request submitted on the Site.

The duration of the Legal Notices is indefinite and the Legal Notices apply worldwide.

ARTICLE 7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law is French law.

The courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the use of the Site.
